Mr. Williams has more than 15 years of experience in public education in North Texas. He and his wife have two children, a daughter (20) and a son (17). Mr. Williams and the Howard team strive to make a difference in the lives of students each day.

A lifelong Waxahachie resident and proud WHS graduate, Ms. McLemore brings nearly 30 years of experience serving Waxahachie ISD students, staff, and families. Her dedication to educational excellence, strong leadership, and deep-rooted commitment to our community make her a wonderful addition to Howard Junior High.
Nearly three decades ago, Ms. McLemore began her educational journey as a classroom teacher at Shackelford Elementary and later Dunaway Elementary. After seven years in the classroom, she moved into campus leadership, serving as both assistant principal and principal.
A second-generation Waxahachie ISD educator, Ms. McLemore proudly carries forward a family legacy of service established by her mother, father, and uncle. She is deeply committed to fostering student success, supporting educators, and strengthening the traditions and excellence of Waxahachie ISD.

Dr. Robinson has 20 years of experience in public education and is honored to serve as Assistant Principal at Howard Junior High. Throughout her career, she has served as an administrator, instructional coach, department head, and teacher in both elementary and middle school settings. She is passionate about supporting students, teachers, and families and is committed to ensuring all students learn, grow, and achieve.

Mr. Williams is an innovative, results-oriented operational leader with a deep commitment to integrity, leadership, and academic excellence. He brings extensive experience as a CTE Principal in both Crandall and Greenville ISDs and has a proven track record of driving student success.
He has helped increase Industry-Based Certification completion by more than 500 students and launched programs including Esports, Micro Society, Math Olympiad, and Robotics.
Mr. Williams' instructional experience spans elementary through high school, providing a holistic perspective on student development. He specializes in teacher coaching, T-TESS evaluations, and data-driven instructional strategies that strengthen both educators and students.Β His passion for student achievement, teacher growth, and meaningful learning experiences will be an asset in supporting every Howard Brave.
Outside of school, Mr. Williams is active in humanitarian efforts through Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., supporting student achievement and confidence in STEM programs.
