Mr. Williams has more than 15 years of experience in public education in North Texas. He and his wife have two children, a daughter (20) and a son (17). Mr. Williams and the Howard team strive to make a difference in the lives of students each day.

Marlie Mobley has been an educator since 2001 and has served in administration in the role of assistant principal since 2015. She has instructional leadership experience in elementary, middle, and high school. Mrs. Mobley is passionate about helping learners find their path in life. She is a systematic servant leader who thrives on building impactful relationships with students, staff, and families.
Mrs. Mobley has been married to her husband, whom she met at Tarleton, since 2003. They have a daughter who is a senior this year. Marlie loves spending quality time with family and creating lasting memories.
